This Month's Response:
Probably the best and easiest way I can offer to introduce you to chakras would be by way of a Chakra Reading. This would give you firsthand experience of both the theory and the practice behind chakra work. I also offer ongoing Chakra Workshops and a Nine Session Chakra Mentorship Course to interested individuals or groups. There are many books on chakras available. I can highly recommend Anodea Judith's book "Wheels of Life" as both a great introduction to chakras and an insightful exploration of the connection between chakras and our inner journey. Her book is available at the Kelowna Public Library. This month's "Net Gems" is also a great way to find out more about chakras.
