Recently CBC Radio News featured a UBC researcher who sounded the alarm about the growing levels of anxiety in our society. Calling it a silent epidemic the researcher is quoted as saying that up to 25% of the population suffers from this affliction.
This five page "Focus and Anxiety" pamphlet is an expanded version of Jamie Rosanna's June 2003 Health Tip. It offers some interesting insight into anxiety as well as a simple exercise to help alleviate the suffering it causes.
