This Month's Question:
What
connection do you see between the massage work that you do and the chakra
reading service that you provide?
This Month's Response:
I've always seen the massage that I offer as a lot more than physical. I see it as energy bodywork connecting the whole person. Chakra readings and massage go together really well because they provide a way to work with the whole emotional component of the person.
In order to have a connection with our emotional identity, emotions need to be engaged in the body. One of the ways to do this is through touch. Touch completes the feeling process. A lot of the positive changes that I've seen over the years with people has occurred when there is an engagement of emotions in the body.
Often, people who come to see me are going through a period where there is an inner calling for reconnection. Both massage and chakra readings can facilitate this process. Once reconnected they receive new found energy needed to move ahead with their lives.
