Psyche refers to soul, the core of your being. Chakras refer to seven energy channels within the body. Mapping the Psyche to Centre is a one day workshop that will explore the unfolding of your personal psyche and your true nature by way of the Chakras.
Your inner world is manifested in your physical world. Exploring the movement of energy helps you to understand where blocks exist, what energy is integrated and what energy needs to be integrated.
Working with the energy found within the Chakras is a powerful tool to restoring wholeness. It provides insight as to what is being manifested in your life and empowers you to manifest your true nature.
Incorporating several different modalities, Jamie Rosanna will introduce and elaborate on techniques that can be used to alert and focus your attention on all levels of energy present in your being. This is the second time we're featuring
the Kelowna Farmers' and Crafters' Market in our newsletter and
for good reason. It continues to be one of Kelowna's few locations
where local farmers and crafters can sell their wares directly to
the public. Since its first year of operation eleven years ago,
the Kelowna Farmers' & Crafters' Market has provided visitors
with a wide range of locally grown and locally crafted products.
From its humble beginnings to the present day, the market now boasts
over 100 vendors and continues to grow every year. |

Network for Compassionate Communication (BCNCC). This non-profit organization
has as its goal "to live and teach the process of compassionate,
nonviolent communication." Working on a community level, BCNCC strives
to bring sanity and compassion to the arena of human conflict. Conflict
is examined not only at level of the general society but also on the more
personal level originating as it does in each individual's heart. Inspired
by the thoughts of Marshall B Rosenberg, BCNCC "supports the mission
of the international Center
for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). This uplifting site, gives its
visitors the hope that a better world is possible.
